Vistasolve Technologies Refund and Cancellation Policy

Vistasolve Technologies Refund and Cancellation Policy

Last updated: August 7, 2026

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions, trials, cancellations, refunds, credits, and related billing matters work for services provided by Vistasolve Technologies ("Vistasolve", "we", "us", or "our").

This policy applies to paid Vistasolve products and services unless a separate written agreement, order form, or product-specific billing terms expressly states otherwise.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Important: This is a working policy draft modeled on common SaaS billing practices and Buffer's publicly available approach. Before publication, Vistasolve should confirm its actual billing provider, subscription plans, trial rules, consumer rights, tax treatment, cancellation workflow, and governing law.

1. Subscriptions

Vistasolve may offer Services on a subscription basis.

Depending on the product and plan, subscriptions may be billed:

  • Monthly;
  • Annually; or
  • According to another billing interval shown at checkout.

The price, billing interval, included features, usage limits, and other material subscription terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Vistasolve or its payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your account for the applicable subscription fees and taxes.

2. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period.

For example, if you purchase a monthly plan on August 10, the subscription will generally renew around the beginning of the next monthly billing period according to the billing system.

You can prevent the next renewal by cancelling your subscription before the renewal date.

Cancelling a subscription normally stops future charges but does not automatically refund amounts already paid for the current billing period.

3. How to Cancel

Where self-service cancellation is available, you can cancel from your Vistasolve account.

Suggested location:

Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription

If self-service cancellation is unavailable, contact:

Billing email: [insert billing email]

When you cancel, you should receive confirmation that the subscription has been scheduled for cancellation.

If you do not receive confirmation, contact Vistasolve before the next billing date.

4. Effect of Cancellation

Unless otherwise stated:

  • You keep access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
  • Your subscription will not renew after cancellation.
  • You generally will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily delete your Vistasolve account.
  • Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily delete content you have stored in Vistasolve.

If you want to delete your account and eligible personal information, see our Data Deletion Policy.

5. Refunds

Vistasolve generally does not provide refunds or credits for partially used subscription periods unless:

  • Required by applicable law;
  • A refund is expressly offered for the relevant plan;
  • Vistasolve agrees to provide a refund in a particular case; or
  • A separate written agreement provides otherwise.

This does not limit mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Refund Requests

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us as soon as possible at:

Billing email: [insert billing email]

Please include:

  • The email address associated with your Vistasolve account;
  • The name of the subscription or product;
  • The relevant transaction or invoice number, if available;
  • The date of the charge; and
  • The reason for your request.

We may review the account and payment history before deciding whether a refund is appropriate.

7. Free Trials

Vistasolve may offer free trials for certain Services.

The length and conditions of a trial will be displayed when you sign up.

Unless the applicable checkout clearly states otherwise:

  • A free trial does not require payment during the trial period;
  • Trial features may be limited;
  • A trial may be available only once per user, workspace, organization, or payment method;
  • Vistasolve may restrict repeated or abusive trial use; and
  • We may change or discontinue trial offers.

7.1 Trials That Convert to Paid Plans

Some trials may automatically convert into a paid subscription when the trial ends.

Where this happens, Vistasolve will disclose the conversion terms before or during signup, including the applicable price and billing frequency.

You can avoid the charge by cancelling before the trial ends, subject to the cancellation instructions provided for the relevant offer.

8. Promotional Credits and Discounts

Vistasolve may offer promotional discounts, refferal, credits, coupons, or other incentives.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Promotional discounts apply only to the period specified in the offer;
  • Discounts generally cannot be exchanged for cash;
  • Credits may have expiration dates;
  • Promotional offers may not be combined;
  • A promotion may have eligibility requirements; and
  • Vistasolve may limit one promotion per user, account, workspace, or organization.
  • Vistasolve reserves the right to cancel promotional discounts, refferal, credits, coupons, or other incentives in the case of abuse or misuse.

After a promotional period ends, the subscription may renew at the then-current standard price unless you cancel or another price is expressly stated.

9. Price Changes

Vistasolve may change its subscription prices.

If a price change affects an existing subscription, we will provide notice where required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the new price will apply at the beginning of the next applicable billing period after the price change takes effect.

If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price applies.

10. Taxes

Subscription prices may or may not include applicable taxes depending on your location and the information displayed at checkout.

You may be responsible for applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or other taxes unless Vistasolve is legally required to collect and remit them.

Where required, Vistasolve may request information necessary to determine the appropriate tax treatment.

11. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, Vistasolve or its payment provider may attempt to process the payment again.

We may notify you that payment has failed and ask you to update your payment method.

If payment remains unsuccessful, we may:

  • Restrict access to paid features;
  • Downgrade the account to a free plan where available;
  • Suspend the subscription; or
  • Cancel the subscription.

We will act in accordance with applicable law and any requirements of the relevant payment provider.

12. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact Vistasolve before initiating a payment dispute where reasonably possible.

We will investigate billing disputes and attempt to resolve legitimate issues.

Nothing in this section limits your legal rights to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise unlawful charge.

13. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same subscription or transaction, contact our billing team.

We will review the relevant payment records and, where a duplicate charge is confirmed, take appropriate corrective action.

14. Accidental Purchases

If you accidentally purchase a paid Service, contact us promptly.

We may review the circumstances and determine whether a refund or credit is appropriate.

We do not guarantee refunds for accidental purchases, except where required by applicable law.

15. Service Problems

If a paid Service is unavailable or materially fails to operate as described, please contact Vistasolve support.

We may investigate the issue and, where appropriate, provide:

  • Technical assistance;
  • Additional service time;
  • Account credit;
  • A partial refund; or
  • Another reasonable remedy.

The remedy will depend on the circumstances, the affected Service, the length and severity of the issue, applicable law, and any applicable service-level agreement.

16. Third-Party Platform Problems

Vistasolve may depend on third-party services such as social-media platforms, payment providers, cloud infrastructure providers, analytics providers, and other external services.

A third-party platform may:

  • Experience an outage;
  • Change its API;
  • Change its permissions;
  • Reject content;
  • Restrict an account;
  • Remove functionality;
  • Change rate limits; or
  • Discontinue an integration.

Vistasolve generally does not provide refunds solely because a third-party platform changes or restricts functionality, except where required by applicable law or expressly provided under a separate agreement.

17. Downgrades

If Vistasolve offers multiple subscription tiers, you may be able to downgrade your plan.

A downgrade may take effect:

  • Immediately; or
  • At the end of the current billing period,

depending on the plan and billing system.

If a downgrade causes you to exceed the limits of the new plan, Vistasolve may require you to reduce usage or content before the downgrade can take effect.

Downgrading does not automatically create a refund for unused time on the previous plan unless otherwise stated.

18. Upgrades

If you upgrade your subscription, the billing system may charge you immediately or adjust the amount due according to the applicable billing method.

Where applicable, Vistasolve or its payment provider may calculate a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

The exact calculation will be shown by the billing system where available.

19. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are generally billed in advance for the applicable annual period.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, cancelling an annual subscription prevents renewal but does not automatically create a refund for the remaining unused months.

If an annual plan has specific refund rights, those rights will be disclosed at checkout or in the applicable plan terms.

20. Account Suspension or Termination for Violations

If Vistasolve suspends or terminates an account because the user materially violates our Terms of Use, Acceptable Use requirements, applicable law, or third-party platform rules, fees already paid may not be refundable unless required by law.

This does not affect any rights that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Vistasolve-Initiated Cancellation

Vistasolve may discontinue a paid Service or terminate a subscription where permitted by the Terms of Use.

If we discontinue a paid Service before the end of a prepaid period and applicable law or our agreement requires a refund, we will provide the applicable refund.

Where appropriate, we may instead offer:

  • A prorated refund;
  • Service credit;
  • Migration assistance; or
  • A comparable replacement service.

22. Refund Method

Approved refunds will generally be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

Depending on the payment provider, bank, card issuer, or other financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Vistasolve cannot control processing times imposed by your bank or payment provider.

23. Currency and Exchange Rates

If your payment is processed in a currency different from your bank account's currency, your financial institution or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees or exchange-rate differences.

Vistasolve is generally not responsible for exchange-rate differences or fees imposed by your financial institution.

24. Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to remove or restrict mandatory consumer rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights relating to:

  • Cancellation;
  • Cooling-off periods;
  • Refunds;
  • Digital services;
  • Defective or non-conforming digital content;
  • Automatic renewals; or
  • Other consumer protections.

Where mandatory law provides a right that conflicts with this policy, the mandatory law will apply.

25. European Economic Area and United Kingdom Consumers

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides statutory cancellation or withdrawal rights for digital services, those rights may apply to your Vistasolve purchase.

The availability and timing of any withdrawal right may depend on:

  • The type of Service;
  • Whether the Service was supplied immediately;
  • Whether you expressly requested immediate performance;
  • Whether digital content was supplied;
  • Whether the applicable statutory requirements were satisfied; and
  • Other circumstances specified by applicable law.

26. California and Other U.S. State Consumer Rights

Certain U.S. states may provide specific requirements concerning subscription renewals, cancellation, refunds, disclosures, and automatic billing.

Vistasolve will comply with applicable state requirements.

Where required, the applicable cancellation method, renewal disclosures, and other notices will be presented during signup and billing.

27. Business and Enterprise Customers

Enterprise customers may have billing, cancellation, refund, or termination terms contained in a separate order form, master services agreement, subscription agreement, or other written contract.

If such an agreement conflicts with this policy, the applicable written agreement controls.
