Data Deletion Policy
Last updated: August 7, 2026 Vistasolve Technologies ("Vistasolve", "we", "us", or "our") respects your right to control your personal information.This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request deletion of information associated with your Vistasolve account and how we handle deletion requests, including requests related to social-media accounts connected through third-party platforms such as Meta, Instagram, and Facebook.This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Important: This is a working policy draft based on the types of account deletion and platform data-deletion processes commonly required for SaaS applications and social-media integrations. Before publication, Vistasolve should replace the placeholders and confirm the actual deletion workflow, retention periods, Meta callback configuration, and applicable legal requirements.
1. Your Right to Request Deletion
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request deletion of personal information that Vistasolve holds about you.You may request deletion of:
- Your Vistasolve account;
- Personal information associated with your account;
- Workspace membership information;
- Profile information;
- Connected social-media account information;
- Stored media and files;
- Other User Content, where applicable; and
- Other personal information that Vistasolve is not legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.
Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
2. How to Delete Your Vistasolve Account
If your account provides a self-service deletion option, you can start deletion from your account settings.Suggested location:Settings → Account → Delete accountIf self-service deletion is not available for your account, you may submit a deletion request by contacting:Privacy email: legal@vistasolve.comYour request should include enough information for us to identify the account, such as:
- Your Vistasolve account email address;
- Your name, if associated with the account;
- The workspace or organization name, if applicable; and
- A description of the information you want deleted.
Please do not send passwords, authentication codes, access tokens, or other sensitive credentials in a deletion request.
3. What Happens When You Request Account Deletion
After receiving a valid account-deletion request, we may:
- Verify the request and your authority to make it.
- Identify the relevant Vistasolve account and associated data.
- Identify connected workspaces, projects, files, and integrations.
- Disconnect or revoke applicable third-party integrations where appropriate.
- Delete or anonymize information that we are required or permitted to delete.
- Remove applicable User Content from active systems.
- Mark relevant records for deletion from backups and other retained systems.
- Retain information that we are legally required or otherwise permitted to keep.
- Confirm completion of the deletion process, subject to applicable law.
Deletion may not happen instantaneously across every system because backups, logs, security records, and other systems may have different retention cycles.
4. Data Deleted From Active Systems
Depending on your account and the Services you use, deletion may remove or anonymize information such as:
- Account profile information;
- Login-related information;
- Workspace membership information;
- Social-media connection records;
- Stored media;
- Uploaded files;
- Scheduled content stored by Vistasolve;
- Draft content;
- Application preferences;
- Contact information;
- Analytics associated with your account; and
- Other personal information associated with the account.
The exact information deleted depends on the Services you have used and the nature of your request.
5. Data That May Be Retained
Deletion does not necessarily require immediate destruction of every record.Vistasolve may retain certain information where necessary to:
- Comply with a legal obligation;
- Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
- Prevent fraud or abuse;
- Maintain security;
- Resolve disputes;
- Complete financial or accounting records;
- Enforce agreements;
- Meet regulatory requirements;
- Maintain required business records; or
- Exercise other rights permitted by applicable law.
Where we retain information for these purposes, we will limit its use to the purpose requiring retention and delete or anonymize it when the retention period ends.
6. Backups
Vistasolve may maintain encrypted or otherwise protected backups for disaster recovery, business continuity, security, or operational purposes.Information deleted from active systems may remain temporarily in backups.Backup copies are subject to access controls and are not ordinarily restored to active production systems except when necessary for legitimate operational or security purposes.When the applicable backup retention period expires, the relevant information will be deleted or overwritten according to our backup procedures.
7. Connected Social-Media Accounts
Vistasolve may allow you to connect social-media accounts, including Instagram and Facebook accounts.Deleting your Vistasolve account does not necessarily delete your account on the third-party social-media platform.If you want to stop Vistasolve from accessing a connected social-media account, you may also disconnect or revoke the relevant authorization through the applicable platform.For example, a user may be able to manage connected applications through the account settings provided by the relevant social-media provider.Vistasolve will stop using the authorization for the relevant integration when the connection is revoked or otherwise becomes invalid, subject to technical and legal requirements.
8. Meta, Instagram, and Facebook Data Deletion Requests
Vistasolve may provide integrations with Meta products, including Facebook and Instagram.Where a Meta integration requires a data-deletion callback or other platform-specific deletion mechanism, Vistasolve will process deletion requests received through the applicable Meta mechanism.A platform-generated deletion request may contain an identifier or signed request that allows Vistasolve to identify the relevant account.Vistasolve will use the information supplied through the applicable platform mechanism to identify the relevant account and process deletion in accordance with this policy and applicable requirements.If the platform cannot identify an account automatically, additional information may be required to complete the request.
9. Deleting Social-Media Data Without Deleting Your Vistasolve Account
You may sometimes want to remove a connected social-media account or its associated information without deleting your entire Vistasolve account.Where supported, you can disconnect the social account from the relevant Vistasolve workspace or settings page.Suggested location:Settings → Integrations → Social Accounts → DisconnectAfter disconnection, Vistasolve will stop obtaining new information through that authorization, subject to information already stored and any applicable retention obligations.If you want previously stored information associated with the integration deleted as well, you can submit a data-deletion request.
10. Workspace and Organization Accounts
Vistasolve may provide workspaces or organizations in which multiple users collaborate.If you are a member of another person's or organization's workspace, you may not have authority to delete the organization's data.In such cases:
- Your personal account information may be deleted where applicable;
- Workspace-owned content may remain under the control of the workspace owner or administrator;
- Deleting your personal account may not delete information belonging to other users; and
- Additional requests may need to be made by the workspace administrator or organization that controls the data.
11. Files and Media
If you request deletion of your account, Vistasolve will generally delete or anonymize files and media associated with your account where those files are not required to be retained.If a file belongs to a workspace or organization rather than solely to an individual user, deletion may depend on the workspace's retention and ownership rules.Users should maintain independent copies of important files before requesting account deletion.
12. Scheduled and Published Social Content
Deleting your Vistasolve account does not necessarily delete content that Vistasolve previously published to a third-party platform.For example, if Vistasolve published a post to Instagram or Facebook before your account was deleted, the post may continue to exist on that platform.To remove content already published to a third-party platform, you may need to delete it through that platform or use functionality provided by Vistasolve if available.Vistasolve cannot guarantee deletion of content that is controlled by a third-party platform.
13. Verification of Requests
To protect users from unauthorized deletion, we may need to verify that a request was made by the account owner or an authorized representative.Verification may include:
- Confirming the account email address;
- Authentication through the Vistasolve account;
- Confirming workspace information;
- Requesting additional information reasonably necessary to establish authority; or
- Using an authentication mechanism provided by an integrated platform.
We will not normally request passwords or authentication codes through email.
14. Requests Made by Authorized Representatives
Where applicable law permits an authorized representative to submit a deletion request on behalf of another person, Vistasolve may request evidence of that authority.We may also need to verify the identity of the individual whose information is involved.
15. Timing
We aim to process valid deletion requests within a reasonable period and within the timeframe required by applicable law.The time required may depend on:
- The scope of the request;
- The number of systems involved;
- Whether identity verification is required;
- Whether the request involves a workspace or organization;
- Third-party integrations;
- Backup systems; and
- Legal or regulatory retention requirements.
If a request will take longer than the applicable legal period, we will provide an explanation where required.
16. Requests That Cannot Be Fully Completed
In some circumstances, Vistasolve may be unable to delete certain information.Examples include information that:
- We are legally required to retain;
- Is necessary to establish or defend legal claims;
- Is necessary to detect or prevent fraud or security incidents;
- Is contained in records that cannot reasonably be altered;
- Has been anonymized so that it can no longer reasonably be associated with you; or
- Belongs to another user or organization and you do not have authority to request its deletion.
Where applicable, we will explain the reason for retaining the information.
17. Deletion and Anonymization
In some cases, Vistasolve may anonymize information rather than delete it.Anonymized information is information that can no longer reasonably be linked to an identifiable individual.Once information has been properly anonymized, it may be retained and used for legitimate purposes such as:
- Product analysis;
- Statistics;
- Service improvement;
- Security analysis; and
- Business reporting.
18. Security During Deletion
Deletion requests are handled using reasonable security measures designed to prevent unauthorized access or deletion.We may keep limited records showing that a deletion request was received and completed. These records may be retained for security, compliance, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
19. Children's Data
Vistasolve's Services are not directed to children.If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child in circumstances where applicable law requires deletion, we will take appropriate steps to delete that information.
20. Deletion of Marketing Information
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications using the unsubscribe mechanism included in the relevant communication.Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not necessarily delete your Vistasolve account or other personal information.You may separately submit a deletion request if you want your account and eligible personal information deleted.
21. Data Processing on Behalf of Customers
Some Vistasolve customers may use the Services to process personal information belonging to their own customers, employees, clients, or other individuals.In these circumstances, Vistasolve may act as a service provider or processor on behalf of the customer.If you believe a Vistasolve customer has submitted your information to Vistasolve, you may need to submit your request directly to that customer because the customer may be the controller or organization responsible for determining how the information is processed.Where required by applicable law or contract, Vistasolve will assist customers with deletion requests.

24. Developer / Platform Deletion Endpoint
Where required by a third-party platform, Vistasolve may expose a dedicated data-deletion callback endpoint for automated deletion requests.The endpoint is intended for platform-to-platform deletion processing and should not be treated as a general-purpose public API.Production endpoint:The endpoint should:
- Receive and validate the platform's deletion request.
- Identify the affected Vistasolve account.
- Create or execute the appropriate deletion workflow.
- Remove or anonymize eligible data.
- Record the deletion request for audit and security purposes.
- Return the response required by the relevant platform.
- Provide a user-facing deletion confirmation or status mechanism where required.
The implementation should not expose sensitive account information in the callback response.
